This policy explains what information Transit Jam ("the app"), made by Little Ghost Labs ("we" or "us"), collects and how it is used. The short version: playing Transit Jam does not require an account or an email address, and we do not sell your personal information. This policy covers Transit Jam and this website. Any future app from Little Ghost Labs will have its own privacy policy.

Information We Collect

Game progress

Your levels, scores, and settings are stored on your device. We do not receive this information.

Purchases

The Lifetime Ticket is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment. We never see your payment details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made so the app can remove ads.

Advertising

The free version of the app shows ads from a third-party advertising partner. To deliver and measure those ads, the partner may collect information about your device, your operating system, and how you interact with ads. Our advertising partner's handling of this information is governed by its own privacy policy.

You can control ad tracking in your iPhone's Settings under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.

Diagnostics

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings (Privacy & Security, then Analytics & Improvements), Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. These help us fix bugs and do not identify you.

Emails you send us

If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and to fix the problem you reported.

Beta invitations

If you ask to join the Transit Jam beta, we use the email address you sent us to send a TestFlight invitation. Beta testers install the app through Apple's TestFlight, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy. Joining the beta is optional, and the game works without it.

This website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical information needed to deliver the site, under its own privacy policy. This website does not include analytics or advertising scripts.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to run the app, remove ads after a purchase, fix bugs, improve the game, send beta invitations, and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Transit Jam is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices

• You can turn off ad tracking at any time in Settings on your iPhone.
• You can remove ads by buying the Lifetime Ticket.
• You can delete all data the app stores on your device by deleting the app.
• You can ask us to delete any emails you have sent us.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
